Pull-up bar for wall mounting
A pull-up bar is a must in a well-equipped home gym. With this training device you can train many different muscle groups throughout your upper body - back, arms, chest, shoulders and abdominal muscles.
There are three different grip variants, so that pull-ups can be performed with a narrow grip, a shoulder-width grip and a hammer grip. Leg raises can also work the abdominal muscles.
The thick-walled steel makes this pull-up bar extremely resilient (up to 350 kg) and vibration-free, which promotes healthy and effective training. The slight curve on the bar allows for a shoulder-width grip that is gentle on the joints.
To install the pull-up bar securely on the wall, the mounting material is included. These include solid screws, dowels, nuts and washers.
